Congratulations to the
Orange County
Go-Texan BBQ Team and
Comm. on a very
successful cookoff at the
HLSR BBQ. They were
able to make the finals in
the judging and placed
5th in the ribs category
and 14th overall out of
379 teams.

The Double Barrel Cookers just returned from another great year at the
HLSR BBQ cookoff. Even thou we did not place in the cookoff we had a
great time and were able to entertain our sponsors,families, and friends with
some good music, cold beverages, and outstanding BBQ.
This cookoff is able to raise money for students to receive scholarships for
college is the reason we continue to come back each year.
We had some fine young men from our Armed Services visit our booth and
we treated them to some good old fashion Texas BBQ. We must support
our troups each time we can for all they do to protect our freedon.
